Share your story to help more people understand

Tell us your experience of overload in shops

Shops and services can be overwhelming for autistic people trying to deal with too much information. Many autistic people give up using these shops and businesses, and their worlds shrink.

We want to change that. Your personal story will help the next stage of the Too Much Information campaign. By telling us your experiences - whether that's the unsuitable physical environment causing a meltdown, or dealing with staff who don't understand autism - you're helping us to make businesses understand why they should take simple steps to make their shops more autism-friendly.

Tell us your story of experiencing overload in shops using the form opposite.
